Mount Pleasant High School seniors Angel Farias and Isaac Flores have been chosen by the College Board as Big Future Ambassadors. Ambassadors serve as peer leaders and role models, using their social media and school networks to share information and help classmates navigate the college application process. The program offers a chance for students to develop leadership, communication, and networking skills, which can enhance their resumes and college applications.

Farias is applying to Texas A&M University as a Mechanical Engineering major. Flores is planning to major in Biomedical Engineering and is applying to The University of Texas at Austin and Texas A&M.
