Students from the Mt. Pleasant High School  Culinary Arts program had the opportunity to attend a workshop at the  Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Austin last Friday and Saturday. The students met the instructors and had the opportunity to work with current Escoffier students on Fall Foods.

“Our students really ‘stepped up to the plate’ and took part in this workshop,” said MPHS Culinary Arts instructor Crystal Anschutz.
