Mount Pleasant High School senior, Keller Thompson, signed a letter of intent to play baseball at Grayson College. Thompson will pitch and hit for the Vikings while working toward a career as a Pediatric Dentist. Located in Denison, TX, Grayson participates in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) in Region 5 of the Northern Texas Junior College Athletic Conference.

Thompson has been a four-year member of Tiger baseball and Tiger football. He was named to the 1st team All-District baseball team and is an All-Star baseball nominee in 2022. Additionally, he was selected for the 2nd team All-District football team as well as the Academic All-District and Academic All-State teams his senior season. He recently graduated in the Top 10% of his class and was a member of the National Honor Society. He is the son of Dr. Kenny and Delann Thompson.
