MPHS Senior Places at TX Public Safety Association State Competition
Four MPHS students competed at the Texas Public Safety Association (TPSA) state contest in Allen on April 3-5.
Senior Jazmine Palma placed 3rd at state in Fingerprint Collection and Analysis. Also competing at state were senior Lolita Solis in Fire Search and Rescue and juniors Araceli Landaverde and Luis Bernardino in Law Enforcement Agility Course.
Mount Pleasant High School offers a four-year program of study in Public Safety including Principles of Public Safety, Law Enforcement I, Law Enforcement II, and Forensic Science. TPSA advisors are Elizabeth Bailey, Sadonna Parker, and James Nelson.
