The Mount Pleasant High School golf teams finished out their fall seasons in Sulphur Springs this week with the Lady Tigers playing on Monday, October 21 and the Tigers on Tuesday, October 22, both at the Sulphur Springs Country Club.

Leading the Lady Tigers, Kylee Strickland finished with a 76, placing 2nd overall. Kate Ball shot a 109 on the day. And newcomer, Aloani Laboy, helped during the tournament in preparation for the spring season.

Leading the way for the Tigers, Jacob Baker shot a 72 and tied for 1st. Hogan Horn was close behind with a 76, tying for 6th. Brandon Carter finished with a 79 and tied for 12th followed by Bradon Lowry 94, Christion Cruz 94, Bennett Wall 96, and Alessandro Greco 101. The Tigers shot 321 as a team and finished in 5th place out of 16 teams.

The JV Tigers will round out the fall golf season at the Mount Pleasant Country Club on November 4. MPHS golf is coached by Benny Blaser.
