The Mount Pleasant High School Cheerleaders closed out their fall competition season at the NCA State of Texas Regional at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas on Saturday, December 13. MPHS competed in the Medium Varsity Game Day division finishing in 3rd place out of 20 teams, just .4 behind 2nd place. The MPHS Cheer squad will compete at the UIL Spirit State Championships in January. MPHS Cheer is coached by Marissa Marr and Dustin Cook.
