Mount Pleasant High School senior Christon Himes  signed a letter of intent to continue his basketball career at York College in York, Nebraska. York is a private Christian four-year college. Himes will play forward for the Panthers. He is the son of Sharron Himes.

Himes’ Tiger teammates and coaches Joey Chism and Drew Barkley joined him for the signing as did his mother Sharron, grandmother Billie Morgan and aunt Johnnie Galloway.
