Mount Pleasant High School student, Carl “Tripp” Hinton, received a surprise visit from H-E-B during his English class Friday afternoon. Hinton received a “big check,” for a $2,000 scholarship, along with an assortment of sweets from H-E-B to share with his classmates. Congratulations to our Varsity Tiger Soccer team who claimed the district championship this year! They celebrated senior night vs. Lindale. Their first playoff game is this week on Friday, March 29 vs. Pine Tree at Pirate Stadium in Pittsburg. Game time is 8:00pm. Let's go Tiger Soccer!
