The Mount Pleasant High School Student Council has selected its officers for the 2025-2026 school year. They are President Joseline Hernandez, Vice-President Brissia Alvarez, Secretary Evelyn Hernandez, Treasurer Karlee Rodgers, and Special Projects Chairpersons Audrey Garrett and Makayla Mather.

The MPHS Student Council hosts two blood drives for Carter Blood Care Center and assists with a number of community service projects during the year including the annual Veteran’s Day program at Wallace Middle School, Fall Festivals at the elementary schools, Taste of Mt. Pleasant, plus other various events throughout the year. The Mount Pleasant High School Student Council advisor is Camille Brown.
