MPISD is proud to announce our District Elementary and Secondary Teachers of the Year.  The MPISD Elementary Teacher of the Year is Esmeralda Silva from the Child Development Center.  The MPISD Secondary Teacher of the Year is Lindy Merriman from Mount Pleasant High School.  These ladies will represent MPISD in the selection of the Region 8 Teacher of the Year program.  Congratulations Esmeralda and Lindy and thank you for all you do for the students of MPISD!
