At Vivian Fowler we believe every student can learn and is worthy of dignity and respect.  Each student deserves the opportunity to learn in a supportive, safe, and secure environment.  We feel learning is a partnership involving children, parents, teachers, and community.  In order for our children to be successful, they must be subjected to a quality instructional program that requires rigorous curriculum, effective teaching, ongoing assessment, and meaningful extra-curricular activities.  We believe in the value of each employee and in empowering each one to be accountable to make decisions aligned with the vision of the school district.  Mt.
