•The week of May 18 is the last week of school! This week will be used for turning in work, bringing back books, and wrapping up the year. There will not be any new work to pick up this week.

•The elementary schools will have a packet of educational games available for anyone who wants to pick them up. These are optional and nothing will need to be returned from these packets.

•Please bring back any library books and/or textbooks you have at home on Monday, May 18 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm or 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm when you turn in final work. If those times do not work for you, contact the campus and they will make arrangements to get those items from you.

•Meal pick-up and delivery will remain the same May 18-21. May 21 will be the last day that busses will deliver meals.

•Summer meal service will begin Tuesday, May 26. There will be no meals on Monday, May 25 due to the Memorial Day holiday. Summer meal sites are Brice, Corprew, Fowler, Sims and Wallace. Meals at these sites will be available Monday-Thursday from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm with Friday meals being given on Thursdays. We will also serve at the Miller’s Cove Trailer Park from 11:00 am – 11:45 am and at the Winfield School from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm, also Monday-Thursday with Friday meals being given on Thursdays.

•MPHS calculator return–All calculators should be returned on Monday, May 18, from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm in front of the high school UNLESS a student is taking Mrs. Russell’s AP Statistics test. Any student taking her test can return calculators Friday, May 22, from 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm in front of the high school. [Students need to put a sticky note on the calculator with their name. The math teachers will check the number when it is returned to verify that it is the correct calculator.]
