The Mount Pleasant High School UIL Academic team continued its season on Friday and Saturday, January 27-28 at the 16th annual Whitehouse Wildcat Winter Games held at Whitehouse High School. Overall, out of six schools in the large school division at the meet, Mount Pleasant High School took first place as a team with 354 points, a full 128 points ahead of the second place team. Five teams including Current Events, Mathematics, Social Studies, Spelling, and Calculator Applications all took 1st place team honors in their respective events.
