GT Students Design Lander for Astronauts

Fifth and sixth grade GT students had to design a Lander for astronauts returning to Earth after a long space mission. The students worked individually to design and build a device to safely land their astronaut (egg) back on Earth. Students were given limited materials and 2 class periods to accomplish this task.
