Wallace Middle School 5th and 6th grade students competed at the Region 8 ESC Science Fair and brought back two first place and one third place awards.

Fifth grader Reese Ball placed first in the Behavioral/Biological category with her study on Germ Warfare while 5th grader Ava Bliss placed 3rd in the same category with “My DNA Extraction Experiment”.

Red-headed 6th grader Mackenzie Lide brought home the 1st place medal in Behavioral/Biological for her study: “Do Redheads Have a Higher Tolerance For Pain?”.
