The Mount Pleasant High School Student Council was a part of the StuCo Spring Forum hosted at Texas High Monday, February 13 and was recognized with the Sweepstakes Award.  The MPHS Student Council had all committees recognized: DASH, Pride & Patriotism, Energy & Environment, Community Service and Outstanding Activities.

With the Sweepstakes Award, the Student Council now qualifies to receive the national recognition award for Texas High School Student Councils.
