The JV Boys Golf team kicked off the spring season last week at Wood Hollow Golf Club in Longview. Junior Micah Tucker shot a 98, junior Matthew Tucker shot 110, and sophomore Jack Welborn shot a 112. MPHS Golf is coached by Benny Blaser.
For the fifth year in a row, Mount Pleasant High School captured the District Championship in Cross Examination debate and will send a team to the state tournament.
