MPHS UIL Spelling Team Breaks School Record
The Mount Pleasant High School UIL Academic team competed in their final full team meet in Sulphur Springs on Saturday, February 28. The MPHS Spelling team scored the highest in team history, a team total of 276, with three members scoring over 90.

The full team will compete at the district meets on March 26, 27, and 31 for the opportunity to move on to Regionals in April.
