MPHS senior De Corian “Deuce” Thompson recently achieved 1,000 receiving yards.

“Deuce has put in a ton of hard work over the last 4 years to achieve this goal,” said Athletic Director and Head Coach, Joey Cluley. “Credit also goes to his offensive line, quarterback, running backs, and fellow receivers, all of whom did a fantastic job this year in helping him reach this milestone. I’m extremely proud of Deuce and our football team for this achievement! Go Tigers!”

Thompson has signed to continue his football career at The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). He is the son of Keith Thompson and Kitsha Cannon.
