The football field will be full next fall when the 52 members of the 2016-2017 MPHS Colorguard take the field to perform during half-time with the Goin’ Gold Band.

“This is the largest Colorguard MPHS has ever had,” said Dr. Judi Saxton, MPISD Director of Communication. “With the increasing number of students signing up for band next year and a large Tiger Doll squad half-time should be amazing.”

Colorguard officers for 2016-2017 are Captain Morgan Thurman, Lieutenants Natiie Macedo and Peyton McClendon, and Squad Leaders Katherine Lopez and Brooklyn Mata. Colorguard Director is MPHS teacher Marty Newman.
