Congratulations to Annie Sims 2nd graders, Guadalupe Portillo Rodriguez and Maybelline Nohemy Puerto Ortiz, and to Sims 4th grader, Piper Hearron, who placed in their divisions in the Titus County Fair Poster and Essay contests!
