January is School Board Recognition Month in Texas. During the January 17th School Board meeting MPISD Board members were presented with gifts from District campuses and certificates thanking them for their service to the District’s students and staff. Students from our campuses were enlisted to help hand out the certificates. Presenting the certificate to Luke Anderson are his children Jake and Ella Anderson and his niece and nephew Ava True and George Fite – all students at Annie Sims Elementary.
