Parents, students, and staff at Annie Sims Elementary School have been diligently working on the decorations for their Rotary Christmas Parade Float. See the entire float, and a lot more, when the Christmas Parade kicks off Saturday, December 5 at 6 p.m. from the Mt. Pleasant Civic Center.
