Corprew Elementary had a very successful week of staff development and are off to a great start! The teachers gathered outside to make a wish for their students before the new year began. We love the students and staff at Corprew!

LOWE’S Corprew Cub Crew, mentors for 4th grade boys, come to Frances Corprew Elementary to work, play and eat with the boys they mentor.
NEHS students at Corprew got to enjoy coke floats provided by the MPHS National Honor Society for helping them in their efforts to collect pet food. MPISD students collected over 3,500 pounds of pet food! Go Tigers!
Corprew Elementary School welcomed representatives from Priefert Manufacturing Company to campus recently. The Kindergarten classes at Corprew Elementary School are studying Community Helpers. As part of the study, they invited Jey Yancey and Gloria Martinez from Guaranty Bank and Trust to visit with them about the services the bank provides to the community. Following the talk, each student received a pencil and one dollar.
Corprew Elementary held a Multicultural Program on Friday, May 4th. Parents were invited to attend and enjoy the program presented by Kindergarten, 1st grade and 2nd grade students. Many parents brought main dishes, desserts and drinks to make this event a success . Thank you to the Corprew staff and parents.
Corprew Elementary students were rewarded for their effort in the Big Kahuna Fundraiser that took place a couple of weeks ago. The students who sold the most were given a ride to Cici’s Pizza in the Big Kahuna Party Bus and enjoyed a delightful lunch at Cici’s Pizza.
