Wallace Middle School took eight students to the Region 8 Education Service Science Fair last week.<\/p>\n<p>Fifth graders Hannah Anderson, Ali Fair Cheek, Ella Cross and Lolita Solis entered projects to compete against fifth graders from across the region.<\/p>\n<p>Sixth graders Reese Ball, Ava Bliss, Gracie McClendon and Eli Rider entered projects and competed against 6th graders from Region 8 school districts. Reese Ball placed 3rd out of all 6th graders entered in the Fair.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese students did a great job representing P E. Wallace and Mt. Pleasant ISD,\u201d said Wallace Principal James Gibson. \u201cIt takes a lot of work to put together a Science Fair project. These students should be congratulated for making the effort. Their sponsor Susan Gage also put in many hours helping them get ready.
