The Mount Pleasant High School UIL Academic team completed its final push toward district at the Judy Tipping Memorial UIL Invitational Meet at Sulphur Springs High School on February 17-18. This was the last meet for the full academic team before spring break with the district meet scheduled just a few days after they return to classes. Five events (Spelling, Calculator, Accounting, Mathematics, and Number Sense) placed 1st as a team and three events (Science, Current Events, and Social Studies) came in 2nd as a team.<\/p>\n
