To qualify, a student must have scored a \u201c1\u201d on a Class 1 piece, the most difficult to memorize and perform. Seven MPHS Choir members earned UIL state medals including one gold and six silver.<\/h3>\n<h3>2025 MPHS graduate, Alivia Newman, earned a state gold medal.
