Due to COVID-19, Kindergarten enrollment is only available online at this time.<\/p>\n

To access online Kindergarten enrollment, click on the button below.<\/p>\n

(Current CDC students are considered \u201creturning students\u201d and will use a slightly different process to enroll. You will be receiving an email or a letter in the mail explaining that procedure.)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Eventually we will need the following documents:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • A copy of the child\u2019s birth certificate<\/li>\n
  • Child\u2019s immunization records<\/li>\n
  • Proof of residence<\/li>\n
  • A copy of the parent\/guardian\u2019s driver\u2019s license (if available)<\/li>\n
  • Child\u2019s social security card (if available)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    **It is possible to upload these documents through our online enrollment and if you are able to do that, please do so. However if you are not able to upload them, you may still enroll. We will notify you when to bring the documents to us.<\/p>\n
