Community Learning Center

The Community Learning Center houses multiple programs. Even Start Family Literacy is a program designed for Adult parents of the MPISD who have a desire to obtain their GED or to learn English. It is geared for parents with children between the ages of 0-7. Early childcare is provided during the morning while Even Start parents attend classes. Mt. Pleasant Vision Academy is an Alternative Education Placement Campus for students who are at-risk of dropping out of high school. Students are accepted on referrals made by MPHS counselors.
