DI Competition
East Regional DI Competition
Destination Imagination, an academic contest for gifted and other highly motivated students, consists of a main challenge and an instant challenge. Teams--limited to 7 members each--compete at the regional, state, and global levels. Last Saturday, February 28th, four teams from Mt. Pleasant Junior High competed at the East Region Destination Imagination Competition at Poteet High School in Mesquite, Texas. Two teams competed in Challenge C: ViDIo Lit Hits, and two teams competed in Challenge D: Private DI. The Private DI competition was so close only 1.94 points separated 5th and 6th places.
