Traylor Runner-Up for Young Texanne of the Year

Jennifer Traylor, a senior at
Mount Pleasant High School, has been awarded a scholarship by the
Young Texanne program of the Optimist International. Traylor, the
daughter of Mark and Denise Traylor, received the scholarship as a
runner-up Young Texanne of the Year.
Traylor was named the Young Texanne of the
Month for July 2007. She then competed against the other 11 monthly
winners from around the State of Texas. As a runner-up she received
a plaque and the $600 scholarship. She will use the scholarship to
attend Texas A & M College Station.
