Blue Cross Blue Shield offers two special services to all its members.
Blue Care Connection is a health and wellness resource. Here you will find a Personal Health Manager. It gives you 24-hour access to a nurse; guides on how to live with Diabetes, Arthritis and other chronic conditions; an entire weight management section to help you plan menus, track calories, exercise and other tools to help you manage your weight, and a wide variety of other resources. You can also earn "Blue Points" which you let you win prizes.
Blue Access will give you access to the claims you have filed or have been filed in your name by your health care provider. You can track the status of your claims here.
Medco Pharmacy
Our prescription service allows you to order refills, check the status of an order or even compare prices of medications on line.
