Mount Pleasant High School senior FFA member, Cheyenne Clark, placed 1st in Job Interview at the District FFA Leadership Development Contest on November 6th at North Hopkins High School. She has advanced to the Area FFA LDE Contest on November 14th in Marshall.

The purpose of the FFA Job Interview Event is for FFA members to develop, practice, and demonstrate skills needed while seeking employment in the Agricultural Industry. Each part of the contest simulates real-world activities that will be used by real-world employers. Students had to fill out a job application, prepare a cover letter and resume, participate in a personal interview and a telephone interview, and write a follow-up letter during the contest.
